Internal Dialogue is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Web accessibility means that people with disabilities can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with the web, and that they can contribute to the web. This also means that people can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with the web using assistive technologies. We always welcome suggestions on how we can make our workplace and training more inclusive.

What web accessibility is

We have made the following adjustments to our site to ensure it is accessible to everyone:

Accessibility arrangements in our organization

Internal Dialogue primarily delivers training at client premises, conference venues, and online rather than from a public office.

Where training is delivered in person, we make every effort to select venues that provide accessible parking, step-free access, accessible toilets, and suitable facilities for people with mobility needs. Specific accessibility features vary by venue and are confirmed with clients during the planning process.

We are committed to providing an inclusive learning environment and as qualified trainers and assessors, have access to skills for (LLN) Language Literacy and Numeracy and will make reasonable adjustments wherever possible.

This may include accessible training materials, additional breaks, seating arrangements, assistance for participants with hearing or vision impairments, and other accommodations to support individual needs.

Online training is delivered using accessible digital platforms where participants can access captions and other platform accessibility features where available (Zoom or teams)

If you have any accessibility requirements, please contact us before your course or event so we can discuss your needs and make appropriate arrangements.

Requests, issues, and suggestions
